The Villa was built as a farm, in the possession of Marchesi Gerini, and later (XVIIIth century) widened and converted to a villa.
It's been recently finely restored by the new owners, who devoted it to welcoming guests.
The villa's façade, facing the garden and the park, is surmounted by the big Gerini's emblem. On its right, a beautiful family chapel.
Close to the place lie remnants of the very ancient Castle of Pulicciano (etruscan and roman age), with St. Mary's Church beside.
