The Villa was built as a farm, in the possession of Marchesi Gerini, and later (XVIIIth century) widened and converted to a villa.
It's been recently finely restored by the new owners, who devoted it to welcoming guests.

The villa's fa├žade, facing the garden and the park, is surmounted by the big Gerini's emblem. On its right, a beautiful family chapel.

Close to the place lie remnants of the very ancient Castle of Pulicciano (etruscan and roman age), with St. Mary's Church beside.
